Atlantic Yarn & Fibre Festival: 10-4 Saturday, 13 June and 10-3 Sunday, 14 June, Shediac Community Centre, 58 Rue Festival, Shediac, NB.

Colour Confidence for Fibre Artists: Sat. 4 July, noon-4 pm.  Explore colour theory and colour mixing under the expert guidance of spinner and fibre artist Lorna Ash of Shades of Ewe Fibreworks.  $125 + $30 materials fee. Scholarships available. Register here.

Shades of Ewe Trunk Show: Sat. 4 July, 4:15-6:15 pm.  Browse a wide range of spinning and felting fibres, hand-dyed by Lorna Ash of Shades of Ewe! 

Spinning: Drafting to Get the Yarn You Want: Sun. 5 July, 10-2:30. Fine-tune your spinning by exploring different drafting styles with lots of hands-on practice.  This class is great for beginners looking to expand their spinning skills or for more experienced spinners who want to break out of their default spinning. Taught by Lorna Ash of Shades of Ewe. $125. Scholarships available. Register here.
